Puppy Training

We find clicker works extremely well in our puppy training and gives the dogs and handlers a good understanding of timing and rewards. As the puppy class develops and the dogs get a little older, we proof our system by dropping some of the rewards, but still insisting on a good performance.

Obedience classes for older dogs

Our obedience classes for older dogs are motivational, set up to expand the dog and handlers skills of training adolescent and adult dogs. we believe the dogs we train have a brain, reasoning, thought process and also a will, this can sometimes conflict with the owners requests. To coin a phraise your dog will sometimes say "up yours", at that point a bit of good old traditional training, putting your dog in its place, will allow you to get on with your training program and will enhance you and your dogs relationship.

Science based methods will be backed up with many years of training experience in order to build confidence or deter your dog from inappropriate behaviours such as;

Barking, Lunging, Aggression, running off, chewing, pulling and chasing.
